To transfer your domain to BritSEO – Change your domain tag to “ACCURACYCOMP” transferring your domain to BritSEO is free.

Domain Renewals
With all domain name renewals your BritSEO.co.uk online account will contact the customer via email at 60 days, 30 days, 15 days and 1 day before any domain name is due to be renewed, BritSEO.co.uk will not auto renew any domains. The customer needs to instruct and authorise BritSEO.co.uk customer account with a renewal payment before the domain name is renewed. The cost of the 2 year renewal, will be the same as 2 year new registration. Please see the pricing policy above.
Domain Transfers
In order to transfer a domain name to another registrar please provide the following information to your BritSEO.co.uk customer account domain manager.
- Please log into BritSEO.co.uk and go to https://www.britseo.co.uk/my-domains/
- From the list of domain names on your account, select the domain you wish to transfer.
- Click the domain.
- You are taken to the domain management page for that given domain.
- Click the Transfer Domain link. A transfer form will be displayed.
- Add the below information to the transfer form
Domain Name: example “britseo.co.uk” or “britseo.uk”
New registrar tag: “NEWREG” - Press “Submit Transfer”
- You will be asked to enter your 2FA number to authorise the domain transfer.
Once BritSeo.co.uk system has received your domain transfer request, this process will take up to 48 hours. Your domain management page will display the transfer progress until the domain has fully transferred.
The cost to transfer a domain away from BritSEO.co.uk is £0.00 – Zero Cost.
To transfer a Nominet domain to BritSEO.co.uk is also free to receive your domain. Our registrar tag is “ACCURACYCOMP”.You must register an account with BritSEO.co.uk before you transfer to us.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms are payment in full prior to domain name registration or renewal. A payment invoice will be available online in your domain management account upon confirmation of payment, if you have any questions regarding payment or any other account enquiries please email accounts@britseo.co.uk
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel/receive a refund for a domain purchase please submit in writing the following information:

This request needs to be sent to your accounts@britseo.co.uk within the 7 days of the domain purchase confirmation from your online BritSEO.co.uk account.
If you wish to leave BritSEO.co.uk, there are no costs involved to leave. If BritSEO.co.uk currently administers your domains. Please use the online domain transfer system which is free to transfer your domains to your new tag. Once all domains have been removed from your account. The customer can request their account be closed and their data removed.
Please note;Domain names can only be transferred away from BritSEO.co.uk when the customers account domain balance has been settled. i.e no outstanding debt. Domain names with a negative balance or are in dispute will have a transfer block automatically applied. The transfer block can only be lifted once the outstanding balance has been settled, or the dispute has a final resolution.

We only provide a service level agreement (SLA) in respect to business products and services we offer.
Our aim is to provide a high quality service based on its own infrastructure, but we are unable to provide a service level agreement in respect of any third party suppliers we may use.
We provide domain name registering services and the attempted registering of detagged domain names.
As part of our commitment to our client we aim to respond back to any request made within 24 hours via email or phone call.
